Temporary, both short term and long term, and often temporary-to-permanent, positions become available. Temping is a great way to "test drive" an office to see if it would be a good fit for you in the future if permanent employment opens up!

The flexibility provided with temping allows you to structure your work schedule according to your lifestyle! You only accept the positions you want. While we cannot guarantee work, we promise to do what we can to keep you updated on work opportunities. Temping can provide an exciting and challenging environment, all with a change of scenery and without the monotony.

BOOST YOUR INCOME:

These positions can supplement your income. Picking up an extra day or two here, can really help you save for a vacation or special event. Short-term or long-term and as many days as you want. With paydays being bi-weekly on Fridays, direct deposit into your account, what's not to love about that?

EMPLOYEE PAY POLICY:

As an RDH OnDemand employee, you are paid by direct deposit into your bank account. No waiting around for a check. No uncomfortable situations!

TAXES:

RDH OnDemand withholds all necessary taxes, matches your FICA and Medicare and, as an RDH OnDemand employee, you are covered by RDH OnDemand’s General Liability and Worker’s Compensation policy.

BONUS EDUCATION:

Subbing is a great opportunity to gain a wealth of information. Be prepared to learn about different home-care products, ways to treat patients, communication techniques, and even a new computer software program. The more you know, the more valuable you become!
