Behind The Idea…
When the idea first came to mind in early 2019, we hit the ground running and RDH OnDemand came to fruition. We have gained wide attention across the state due to the tremendous need for temporary fill-in employees. After temping for several years, I noticed it was difficult for dental offices to find someone to fill their schedules as many events such as vacations, maternity leave, or even a sick day would leave the office short-staffed and often times needing to reschedule patients.

Lynsee Openshaw, RDH, BSDH
Founder and Owner
Lynsee Openshaw, RDH, BSDH, graduated the Dental Hygiene program from Sheridan College and continued her education at The University of Wyoming where she obtained her Bachelor degree in Dental Hygiene in 2011. She is a member of of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association (ADHA), Montana Dental Hygienists’ Association (MDHA), as well as the Billings Component.
After years of temping for area dental offices on her days off from her full time job, Lynsee saw the need for a dental staffing service in the area, and surprised that there wasn’t one, RDH OnDemand came to reality. She wanted to create a company that existed to serve Montana communities, while keeping the love in her home state. She was excited to build something where employees would know their worth and be truly appreciated for their value. Lynsee continues to work as a fill in hygienist as needed occasionally, but is enjoying her long time dream of business ownership.
As a native Montanan, Lynsee has a special place in her heart for the outdoors. On her free time, Lynsee can be found exploring the great outdoors. She lives for any nature thrill. Her favorites are hunting, fishing, camping, boating, four wheeling, target and archery shooting and scuba diving. Her other interests include learning to play guitar and anything crafty and DIY. Her passport is full of stories and is always ready for a new adventure!
Lynsee also has a fervent desire to help animals and believes it to be a focus of her existence! She supports many local animal shelters with the donation of her time, goods and donations. She is proud to be "Momma" to her own rescued fur-babies!
Trisha Largent, AAS, RDH
Operations Manager
Trisha Largent, AAS, RDH, has over twelve years of experience in the dental field. Attending Collin College and Concorde Career College in Dallas, Texas she obtained her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2015 and earned her Registered Dental Assistant and Hygienist licenses.
She moved to Montana in 2017 to continue her relationship with her now husband and to get back to what she really enjoys, the outdoors. Trisha began working for RDH OnDemand in February 2020 as a Dental Hygienist and added to the team in a new capacity as the Operations Assistant in May 2022. She has taken on many new tasks as the OA, such as organizing staffing requests, managing availability, tracking client and employee experiences, and communicating with both employees and clients!
These days the favorite aspect of her job is helping dental assistants and hygienists coordinate their work schedule that is conducive to their lifestyle. She continues to work as a part time hygienist to interact with her patients and to help patients optimize their oral health, which she loves. This allows her to move towards future goals while still being able to enjoy her job.
Outside of the dental field, Trisha and her husband, Jake, have one daughter and a whimsical basset hound named Buford. You will find Trisha and her family outside quite often as they enjoy camping, hiking, and rafting. After a long day in the sun, Trisha likes to spend her time playing cards and games with family and friends. Her other interests are traveling the United States and Internationally.
