When utilizing RDH OnDemand, our fee is a complete fee. There are no hidden charges. Each employee is sent to you as an RDH OnDemand employee. We handle ALL required taxes, Unemployment Insurance, Worker’s Compensation, and Liability.

IN-DEPTH INTERVIEW PROCESS:

All RDH OnDemand employees have gone through a reference verification process. This added benefit, for our doctors, eliminates office revenue loss and disruption and removes questions of character and reputation. If the doctor would like third-party background verification, the additional fee will be applied to your weekly statement.

LICENSE VERIFICATION:

All RDH OnDemand employee credentials are confirmed to be valid and in good standing. Also, all RDH OnDemand employee certifications and continuing education requirements are verified as current.
